The brief
madmonk.ai is a tech review channel with an unusual host: a 3D AI character called MadMonk, not a person. The angle is specific. Not surface level tech news, but under the hood reviews, where MadMonk takes a new technology apart and shows how it actually works.
The character already existed. What the channel did not have was a way to turn him into finished episodes at a repeatable quality. As Mighty Minds AI Creative Studio, that production pipeline was my part of the build.
The build
I built the full AI video pipeline behind the host, end to end. I directed Runway and Kling, and Sora where it fit, to generate the motion and the scenes an episode needs.
He is voiced with ElevenLabs, tuned to stay steady and recognisable from one episode to the next.
The craft is in holding it together. Keeping the look coherent shot to shot and the voice consistent, so a generated episode reads as one branded piece, not a stitch of clips.
What was delivered
What madmonk.ai got was a complete, repeatable way to produce episodes. A generative video pipeline and a consistent voice that turn a script into a finished, on brand episode built around the channel's host.
The pipeline was the deliverable. Once it exists, a new episode is a production run, not a build from scratch.
